Each course is approved by the Washington State Department of Licensing’s Real Estate Education Division.

The Certified Foreclosure Specialist™ designation is recognized by the National Association of Mortgage Fiduciaries and contains 16 classroom hours of instruction, three quizzes and a final exam (given during the Advanced Short Sale class,) presenting case studies to peers, and working in groups to tackle real life cases.  Each month, these courses are offered live through the Seattle King County Association of Realtors as well as in various other locations throughout Washington State.
