In this course we will review The California Financing Law and Rules, and the California Residential Lending Act. This course is designed to help students become familiar with the laws and rules governing the practice of loan origination in the state of California, to understand the duties, and responsibilities of LOs in California, the prohibited practices, the consequences of violating California State law, and an LO’s duties to California state regulators.
