For 2025 we will review TILA, an “Ability to Repay” case, a SAFE Act case,  Fair Credit Reporting Act with a focus on TRIGGER LEADS, 2 ECOA cases, 3 RESPA cases (including one of the worst RESPA cases I’ve ever seen,) Non-Traditional Loans including DSCR, Self-Employed, and “1-Day Out Of Foreclosure or BK” loans, 3 Anti-Money Laundering cases, including a discussion on deep fakes using AI, 2 UDAAP cases 4 Fair Housing Cases, 5 Fraud cases.

Note: If you took the CE course from me last year, this will be a completely new course. There is no rule against using the same course provider every year.
Instead, LOs may not take the same course year after year.
