Here’s the 61 page WA StateForeclosure Resource and Prevention Guide. This was published by Rob McKenna’s office and is a pretty good resource document. There’s info in here about tenants rights that you may find useful.
Here’s a link to the Northwest Trustee Service website. One way to see how many homes are scheduled for auction on a given date, click on the “Properties for Auction, USA-Foreclosure” link from upper left hand corner of the Northwest Trustee website. After you select your county, click on the drop-down menu that says “Search by auction date.”

Here’s the most recent unofficial problem bank list because somebody was asking about why banks aren’t just foreclosing faster on those million dollar homes….because the bank would then have to realize it’s actual loss and the bank might be having problems with capital.

On Aug 16th, the WA State Supreme Court handed down an opinion on MERS (Mortgage Electronic Recording System.) This will effect the way lenders foreclose. Read more over here.
