Remember “Greenlake” Mike talking about homebuyers who want to wait for the bottom and I mentioned that lending guidelines will get tighter and home loans are going to cost more because of how Fannie/Freddie are running in the red? Check this out.
Homeownership rates are now at a 14 year low.
