Here’s a link to Redfin. Go to the search page and select a zip code. Look for the drop-down link that says “more options.” Check the box by the purple house icon that says “foreclosed homes” to see shadow inventory (bank-owned homes that are not yet listed.)
We talked about Hopelink and how this entity might be able to help some homeowners pay their utility bills.
