Buying REOS and Bank-Owned Real Estate
With distressed inventory rising and lengthy short sale approval times, many homebuyers are asking their real estate broker about purchasing REOs…yet home buyers should be aware of the risks that come with purchasing a foreclosed home.  An REO home with the lowest price may not be the best deal for one buyer but it may be the perfect decision for another.
“Excellent handouts and take-aways.”
“What I liked most about this class was being able to piece together new ideas and strategies. I feel more confident and prepared to sell more REOs.”
“LOVED the tips about making an offer.”

How to Become an REO Broker
This class will help real estate brokers learn about working with banks and asset management companies and their REO properties from the perspective of a listing agent. Prior to jumping head first into REO property, in this class real estate brokers will have the opportunity to understand the commitment of time and financial resources required to become a successful REO broker  Representing lenders of foreclosed homes is complex.  Having an institutional client is different than having a traditional home seller as a client. In this class you will learn how to obtain your first clients and more
“The REO class was fabulous! Many agents are moaning and groaning about the lack of opportunity. I clearly see that there are lots of opportunities in working with REOs.”
“Jillayne is an extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic instructor who was able to clearly explain the various aspects of the REO market, how it works, what to expect, and what to do if you want to work with corporate clients.”
