Here’s a great movie to rent about a person facing tax foreclosure (different from a non-judicial foreclosure but still a great movie.) The homeowner is in deep denial…I often use this film as a homework assignment for my college students. Great movie to rent when there’s nothing else to rent and you want to watch a good film relevant to our industry. This is not a romantic comedy. It is a very dark film but well acted. Speaking of movies….

…and I’m not finding any reference to a 30 day rule for owner occupied foreclosures. 20 days for the owner to vacate after the sale….90 days for a tenant.
