When I need a quick fix (am I addicted?) of foreclosure statistics I send an email to Julie Lyda to see if she’s updated her blog, “Snohomish County Market Statistics” and I didn’t even have to ask tonight because she’s already two steps ahead of me. I had no idea REO sales were outpacing REO listings in Snohomish County. Where’s the shadow inventory?
Also, the Senate passed the much-talked about Wall Street Reform bill today which includes the Merkley Amendment that will have an impact on loan originators.
