Here’s the follow up from last week’s transition course in Kent.
The Red Flags Rules go into enforcement June 1, 2010. Here’s a link to the FTC website. Although the link that opens their PDF doesn’t seem to be working at the moment, inside the booklet distributed by FTC, a real estate agent is an example of a creditor on page 10 of their booklet so this rule would apply to real estate agents and firms.
