Land Titles; Insurance and Clearance

I’m teaching a 30 clock hour class on Land Titles this fall through Bellevue College on Thursday evenings. Here are the details. We’re going to cover a lot in 10 weeks including how to read a legal description, clearing title, exceptions, and claims.  BCC is also going to add some of CE Forwards’s continuing ed classes to their CE Schedule for Winter quarter!  Thanks, BCC!
