There was a request for information on the new FHA Condo changes. Here’s a nice blog post summary from Jim Reppond on RCG. Deadline has been pushed forward to Dec 1, 2009.

And just for fun, here’s a link to CR’s post tonight updating the list of troubled banks in the U.S. now at 500. (There were 9 bank failures today in case you’ve been counting.) Scroll down to the excel doc and click to sort by state. These are the banks who likely have lots of REOs they will need to unload.
